Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)

Objective

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Rameshwar Prasad Law College aims to create a safe and secure environment free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct. The ICC is a key mechanism for the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of sexual harassment, ensuring the dignity of every individual within the college.

Procedure for Handling Complaints

The ICC follows a structured, transparent, and confidential process to address complaints. The process ensures that all parties involved are treated fairly, and the complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

  1. Step 1: Filing a Complaint: Complaints can be filed by students, faculty, and staff through email, online form, or in-person submission.
  2. Step 2: Acknowledgment: Once the complaint is received, it will be acknowledged by the ICC within 24 hours.
  3. Step 3: Investigation: The ICC will investigate the complaint with due sensitivity and confidentiality. Necessary action will be taken after a thorough investigation.
  4. Step 4: Resolution: The committee will provide recommendations or take action based on the findings of the investigation.
